Nick joined Engel Burman Construction in 2015, and since then, has served as Project Manager on several ground-up construction projects. Nick not only oversees his own teams at each site, but also works directly with Engel Burman’s on-site sales team to set realistic goals and timelines, and successfully manage expectations.
Before coming to EB Construction, Nick attended Suffolk Community College, and went on to become a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the development of 2,296 residential units on 120 acres, a 60,000 sq. ft. supermarket, a 25,000 sq. ft. retail transit hub, and over $93 million in supportive civil work like relocating city streets, sewers and water mains.
After Hurricane Sandy in 2012, Nick secured over $300 million in recovery work, which involved collaboration with architects, engineers, and consultants to meet the requirements of city and state funded recovery programs. He also served as the Construction Manager for the Breezy Pont Co-Op to rebuild the 200+ homes that were damaged during that time.
Nick is an active member of the Long Island Builders Institute and the Queens & Bronx Building Association. In his free time, you’ll find him doing something outdoors, like hiking, skiing, golfing, paddle boarding, or coaching his kid’s sports teams.Work with Us Back to all members
